Data retention

Disaggregated data: Disaggregated data will be retained without a deletion period.

Email feed subscriber data: From the time the user subscribes until the user unsubscribes.

Newsletter subscriber data: From the time the user subscribes until the user unsubscribes.

User data uploaded by Madcrew to pages and profiles on social networks: From the time the user gives consent until it is withdrawn.

Data secrecy and security

Madcrew is committed in the use of the data, to respect your confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the same, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and adapt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

You guarantee that the personal data provided through the form are truthful, being obliged to communicate any modification of the same.

You also guarantee that all the information provided corresponds to your actual situation, that it is up-to-date and accurate. In addition, you must keep your data updated at all times, being the only responsible for the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided and the damages that may be caused by it to Madcrew as owner of Madcrew, or to third parties due to the use of such data.

Security breaches

Madcrew takes reasonably adequate security measures to detect the existence of viruses, brute force attacks and code injections.

The IP address of visitors, the ID of logged-in users and the username of access attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and protect the site from specific types of attacks. Examples of conditions that are logged are access attempts, logout requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password changes. This information is retained for 180 days.

Nevertheless, you must be aware that the security measures of the computer systems in Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore Madcrew cannot guarantee the non-existence of virus or other elements that can produce alterations in the computer systems (software and hardware) of the User or in its electronic documents and files contained in them.

Despite this, to try to ensure the security and privacy of your personal data, Madcrew has an active security monitoring system that reports every user activity and possible breaches in the security of user data. If a breach is detected, Madcrew undertakes to inform users within 72 hours.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM USERS AND WHAT WE USE IT FOR

All products and services offered on the Madcrew website refer to contact forms, comment forms and forms for user registration, newsletter subscription and/or purchase orders.

This website always requires the prior consent of users to process their personal data for the purposes indicated. You have the right to revoke your prior consent at any time.

Logging of data processing activities

Web and hosting: Madcrew has an SSL TLS v.1.2 encryption that allows the secure sending of personal data through standard contact forms, hosted on the servers that Madcrew has contracted.

Data collected through the web: The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding files owned by Madcrew.

• We will receive your IP, which will be used to check the origin of the message in order to provide you with information, protection against SPAM comments and to detect possible irregularities (e.g. opposite sides of the same case write to the website from the same IP), as well as data concerning your ISP.
• You may also provide us with your data via e-mail and other means of communication indicated in the contact section.

Other services: Certain services provided through the Madcrew website may contain special conditions with specific provisions on the protection of personal data. It is essential to read and accept them prior to requesting the service in question.

Purpose and legitimacy: The purpose of the processing of this data will be solely to provide you with the information or services you request from us.

Social networks

• Presence in networks: Madcrew has profiles in some of the main social networks on the Internet.
• Purpose and legitimacy: The treatment that Madcrew will carry out with the data within each of the referred networks will be, at most, the one that the social network allows to the corporate profiles. Thus, Madcrew will be able to inform, when the law does not prohibit it, to its followers by any means that the social network allows about its activities, presentations, offers, as well as to provide personalized customer service.

Madcrew makes use of the American social networks YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, to whom an international transfer of analytical and technical data is carried out in relation to the website, being on their servers where Madcrew processes the data that, through them, users, subscribers or navigators deliver to Madcrew or share with it.
